Training Philosophy
“Whether you're training for your sport or lifting for longevity, I've got you covered.”
Every client walks in with a different goal. Some are chasing a personal record, some want to move better for the sport they love, and some simply want to build strength that lasts a lifetime. My approach adapts to meet you where you are.
Training is more than just sets and reps. It's about staying motivated, tracking real progress, and seeing your body transform along the way.
No matter your starting point, my job is to help you get stronger, stay consistent, and become the best version of yourself, in the gym and beyond.

Testimonials
Alex has been coaching my son in baseball for a year, so I'd seen how he works long before I signed up for personal training myself. He's the same either way: patient, specific, and he explains why you're doing something instead of just counting reps. First few sessions in and I'm already sore in places I forgot about.
[PLACEHOLDER QUOTE] I hadn't trained in fifteen years. Alex met me where I was, kept it simple, and never made me feel out of place.
[PLACEHOLDER QUOTE] The sport-specific work made a visible difference in my season. He treats every session like it matters.
